[September 9] NO NEED TO FEAR

NO NEED TO FEAR
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
Fear not! Why not? Because God loves you. He made a covenant with you, and He promised to always be with you. The words "fear not" are repeated time and time again in the Word of God. The Father is saying to you, "fear not; I am with you. Fear not; I will protect you. Fear not; I will protect you. Fear not; I am on your side."
The reason that there should be no fear here is because Jesus is here. He is with you always even unto the end of the age. He will never leave or forsake you. He is with you all the time. He is not just with you, but He is there to go to work on your behalf.
We sometimes get discouraged. That means we get dismayed. But God is saying there is no need to be dismayed. Discouragement is connected to fear. They are twin brothers. But God said don't be discouraged because He is your God. He will strengthen you, help you, and uphold you with the right hand of His righteousness.
What is the right hand of His righteousness? It is the Son of Love, Jesus, Himself. He is the right hand of God. Jesus has already handled the enemy for you. He will remove any burden or yoke that comes up against anybody who walks in faith.
So, fear not, because greater is He that is in you than any situation you face. Greater is He that is in you than any circumstance in your life. God is greater and He is right there with you to help you and uphold you, because He loves you so much.
Prayer: Lord, because You are with me and in me, I will not be afraid. Your love for me drives away fear from my heart.
Scriptural Reading: Isaiah 41:10-16
