1. Who owns the tithe?
Exodus 19:3-6, Leviticus 27:30-33- The earth belongs to God
- God's redeemed people belong to Him
- A tenth of what we produce is our tribute to God- it is God's portion
2. Where is the tithe paid?
Deuteronomy 12:5-8- The tithes must be given in a designated place
- The tithes cannot be distributed at will
- The tithe cannot not be broken up
3. How is the tithe used?
Numbers 18:21-24, Deut 26:12-13- The Levites: upkeep of those who work in the house of God
